Paul is an Advocate and Self Determination Program Independent Facilitator.
To access the services you must be referred by a Regional Center.
Regional Centers are nonprofit agencies contracted by the state to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
The Regional Center's Self-Determination Program gives you control over selecting and directing the services and supports you need to meet your goals.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) is a program that pays family members to provide care to their own special needs child.
Medi-Cal is a federal and California state program that provides healthcare coverage for individuals with disabilities, complex medical needs and people with low-incomes.
